As our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. We do, however, offer exchanges on eligible items.
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume or marks
- Unwashed and undamaged
(Exchanges are subject to product availability)
Return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue.
